This jelly roll quilt has been made by Caroline. The colours led themselves to Autumn and the backing compliments the quilt beautifully.

At the end of August we held a day workshop on making an Alexander bag. This one has been made by Ann who has used alovely combination of fabric.
Drum and Brock have created this amazing Bargello quiltu using fabrics from our shop. The colours look fantastic together.

Chris was really thrilled with the bunting she made during the sewing for beginners class and rightly so, as it is lovely.
Caaroline has just finished quilting around the picture of this beautiful Christmas panel by Moda.
Mel has only just started on the journey of sewing, but was really pleased with her first bag. The fabric is extremely eye catching and now she is making a head band to match.
Gill has used lovely spring colours to make her Alexander bad and added flower buttons as a finishing touch.
Glenis had just made this lbeautiful bunting as her first project; finishing it off by using a zigzag stitch.
Imogen made her lunch bag at a sewing and patchworking session. She is thrilled with the result and uses it on a daily basis.

This week Imogen attended a workshop on creating a Carpenter Star cushion. She used Autumnal colours and the overall effect is stunning.
Lou was delighted with her finished Alexander bag. The colours work really well together and she persevered to acheive a neat finish on her straps.
Hannah has just completed this great bag as her second project within the beginners sewing course.
Joanne used this lovely Safari themed fabric for her tote bag and was really pleased the finished result.
Annette has just discovered fusable bosal and added this to help her structure to her bag. She has also used canvas fabric and contrasted this well with some faux leather to acheive this stunning bag.
Julie choose to use fabrics by Lynette Anderson to create her patchwork tote bag. The colours tone well together and Julie should be very proud of her second patchwork project.
After a recent trip to Scotland Mary was inspired to use the Celtic highland range from Lewis and Irene to create her wonderful tote bag.
Ali has just completed her Alexandra bag and I love the applique touch of the flower which finishes the bag beautifully.
Jane has just completed the 2018 Summe quilt and was really pleased with the finished outcome. The warm colours are both beautiful and perfect for Autumn and each block complements each other.

This is the first project Nikota has completed on a sewing machine and she should be really pleased with her bunting.

From a recent New stitches crochet group Julia has made this beautiful scarf. The colours work really well together and will be a touch of brightness as we head quickly towards Winter.
Imogen has made this lovely cushion using strips of fabrics. The blue makes the cushion really stand out and she was really pleased with the finished result.
Carol has been attending the beginners sewing class and was delighted with her second project as she made a tote bag. It looks fantasic and will be really useful in her everyday life.
Pat has been attending patchwork classes and was reallly pleased with the note book cover she made using the technique of crazy patchwork. The fabrics work well together and i’m sure she will have lots of requests to make more in the future.

This wonderful quilt was made by Jane using a layer quilt, which was cut up. The colours are very fresh and vibrant.
Lou choose to use fabric from Mckower as the main fabric for her cushion. The fabrics compliment each other beautifully, but the best thing was that it was an afternoon project.

Gail used the skill of inserting a zip within her make up bag and was really pleased with her completed bag.
Paddy has made this wonderful table runner. The red cardinals stand out against the dark and light contrasting fabric.. In addition, the quilting finishes it off beautifully.

Gail experienced blanket stitch for the first time in order to create these super CChristmas decorations.

Earlier in the year Ali attended a workshop of making a Hexagon Garden quilt. She personally selected her Jelly roll and choose a nautical theme for her quilt. It is stunning and she should be really pleased with it.

Heather has was really pleased with her make up bag. The zip has been inserted perfectly and both the lining and the main fabric work beautifully together.
Pat has just completed a lovely table runner within the patchwork course. Black and red are her favourite colours, but a little green has crept in to give it a very fesive feel this time.
Julie was thilled with her table runner, especially as she completed it herself at home. This will make her Christmas table look stunning and i’m sure will be admired by all.
Mary has a really good eye for colour and this Christmas table runner looks wonderful with this balance of colour. She has thought carefully about the direction of her fabric and has taken her time especially with the quilting.
Imogen has just completed this beautiful table runner for her Gran using fabrics from her stash. The colours work well together and the diagonal line of darker blue is very striking.
Jane has used the log cabin technique to knit this lovely pram blanket. The colours contrast beautifully together and will be perfect for the winter days ahead of us .

During an Improvers sewing class Hannah made this lovely pleated bag. The postal mark fabric works beautifully with the dark contrasting fabric.
Sarah attended a workshop on making a Christmas wall decoration which involved alot of mitre corners. It is certainly eye catching and she shoud be very proud of her self.

Sarah recently attended a felt Christmas decorations course and made this lovely gingerbread house and a Christmas pudding. The seed beads finish the house of beautifully and the glitter felt adds a nice finishing touch.
